As a senior commercial property manager with H.G. Fenton Company, Mary Day Dewart is responsible for serving more than 50 tenants located in a combined total of 725,000 square feet of office and industrial space in the Miramar and Sorrento Mesa areas.  

Dewart joined H.G. Fenton Company in 1993. Her relationship-based approach and ability to understand the space and function needs of her tenants has been reflected in the successful completion of numerous tenant improvement projects, including build-outs for Titan/L3, NIK Multimedia, ZipSearch, Sontek/YSI, Simplex Grinnell and the corporate headquarters for K2.

Dewart earned a bachelor's degree in social sciences from San Diego State University and also holds the prestigious Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI).

Dewart has been recognized as an A-LIST Award winner by CEL & Associates (2002-2008) for achieving a 'Best In The Industry' rating for providing the highest level of quality of service to tenants.
