H.G. Fenton Company earned top recognition at this year’s Southern California Rental Housing Association (SCRHA) Mark of Excellence Awards, receiving 27 total honors across company, community and individual categories, including Property Management Company of the Year. The celebration, held on October 24 at Sycuan Casino Resort, brought together rental housing leaders from across the region to recognize excellence in customer experience, operations, innovation and resident services.

H.G. Fenton’s achievements demonstrate its ability to not only meet emerging needs but also lead the industry in defining exceptional living for today’s residents. Overall, the company received seven Property of the Year distinctions, including top wins for Amo Apartments, Bella Del Mar Apartments, Seagate Condos and Portofino Apartment Homes, while team members earned 21 individual awards, with first place wins in leasing, maintenance, property management and porter service. Standout honorees include James Schwartz, Nicholas Rock, Johnny Harbort and Jackie Casaletto, while Leslie Giroux was celebrated with the Champion Spirit Award, underscoring H.G. Fenton’s culture of collaboration and service. Additionally, H.G. Fenton’s win as a company for Social Media Excellence showcases its ongoing investment in resident engagement and community storytelling.
