SAN DIEGO (Jan. 26, 2016) –Brewery Igniter, H.G. Fenton Company’s unique turn-key craft brewing facilities, will see its first tenant serve the hoppy fruits of its labor to thirsty San Diegans. On Jan. 30 and 31 from noon to close, Pure Project, at 9030 Kenamar Dr. #308, in San Diego will host a grand opening event, showcasing 12 original brews at its Miramar headquarters and tasting room.

H.G. Fenton developed the first turnkey craft brewing facilities in the nation as a hassle-free solution to traditional brewery upstart woes, heavy upfront capital costs, construction management risk and the 9 to 12 months to sales. Each Brewery Igniter location – the original two sites in Miramar, three coming soon in North Park and one planned for Carlsbad later this year – features all of the brewing equipment and the tasting room needed to launch a microbrewery.

Pure Project went from lease signing to a licensed craft brewery in less than six months.

Centered on “globally sourced and locally brewed” creations, Pure Project is the brainchild of partners Jesse and Agi Pine, Mat Robar and brewmaster Winslow Sawyer. Although their recipes and product were prepared for the public in three months, the Pure team spent an additional three months carefully creating a unique, eco-infused design for their space before officially opening. Now, craft beer enthusiasts will have the opportunity to enjoy their Costa Rican-inspired brews with sustainability and purity practices drawn from all over the world.
