Over the weekend, H.G. Fenton Company announced the grand opening of EVOC Hillcrest, a luxury apartment community located in the heart of San Diego’s vibrant Hillcrest neighborhood.

The excitement for EVOC Hillcrest’s grand opening was electric. 100 percent of apartments were pre-leased well ahead of opening day, underscoring the demand for a dynamic, new community like EVOC among residents.
