H.G. Fenton Company Celebrates Customer Experience with 24 Mark of Excellence Awards

H.G. Fenton Company was honored with 24 Mark of Excellence Awards by the Southern California Rental Housing Association (SCRHA) at its annual awards ceremony held at Sycuan Casino Resort on December 1, 2023. The Mark of Excellence Awards celebrate outstanding achievement in the Southern California rental housing industry, recognizing exceptional communities and individuals demonstrating collaboration, innovation, and quality customer experiences in the region.

H.G. Fenton received awards across seven categories, showcasing its ongoing commitment to excellence in service and innovation. Special highlights include Property of the Year honors for TRU Bankers Hill, Urbana, and Vici, sweeping the 1–100-unit category. Portofino was recognized as Property of the Year in the 301+ unit category, and Aquatera was the first runner-up in the 101–300-unit category.

H.G. Fenton team members received individual honors in six categories, with Lauryn Farris and Andii Gutsch winning Assistant Property Manager of the Year, and Alicia Banister winning Multi-Site Manager of the Year.

Delmar Calderon-Garcia won Porter of the Year (1-300 units), with his peers Maria Avita and Jesus Martinez placing 2nd and 3rd, respectively, within the same category. Additionally, Guillermo Lugo (2nd, 301+ units), was also celebrated, earning the distinguished title of Porter of the Year.

Recognition of the H.G. Fenton team continued with Maintenance Supervisor of the Year awards for Benito Teran (3rd, 1-300 units) and Omar Arzate (3rd, 301+ units). Maintenance Technician of the Year accolades also went to Gregory Miller [2nd Place (1-300 units), and Priscilla Manriquez (3rd, 301+ units). In the Assistant Property Manager of the Year category, team members secured five of the nine possible awards, including Zoe Poissot (2nd, 1-100 units), Taylor Hoth (2nd, 101-300 units), and Amanda King-Odom (3rd, 301+ units).
