H.G. Fenton Company Recognized with 28 Mark of Excellence Awards for Outstanding Customer Experience, Collaboration, and Innovation
H.G. Fenton Company proudly received 28 Mark of Excellence Awards from the Southern California Rental Housing Association (SCRHA) at their annual awards ceremony held on Friday, November 1, 2024, at Sycuan Casino Resort. Celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, the SCRHA Mark of Excellence Awards showcase exceptional achievements in the Southern California rental housing industry, recognizing communities and individuals who demonstrate excellence in customer service, innovation, and collaboration.

H.G. Fenton Company received awards across eight categories, reflecting its ongoing commitment to creating exceptional living experiences and maintaining high quality standards in property management. Special highlights include Bella Del Mar winning Property of the Year in the 30–100-unit category, TRU Bankers Hill following as runner-up, and Tierrasanta Ridge securing third place in the 301+ unit category. In the 101–300-unit category, BLVD North Park and Aquatera earned 2nd and 3rd place honors, respectively.
H.G. Fenton team members received noteworthy individual recognition in seven categories with Jackie Casaletto and Jose Soto winning Property Manager of the Year in the 101–300 and 301+ unit categories, respectively, and Ebony Rabsatt winning Assistant Property Manager of the Year (1–100 units). Ashleigh Huntington won Leasing Professional of the Year in the 1–100 units category.
Recognition continued with both Kalani Brinkoetter and Isaac Sterman winning Multi-Site Manager of the Year for their unit categories.
Roger Mendoza and Mario Arzate both won Maintenance Supervisor of the Year in their respective unit categories, and Maria Avitia won Porter of the Year award category for 101–300 units. The H.G. Fenton team swept the category for Maintenance Technician of the Year (301+ units) with Juan Vargas winning 1st place, and Salvador Gomez and Victor Guerrero earning 2nd and 3rd place, respectively.
