SAN DIEGO (April 20, 2017) – For the 15th year in a row, H.G. Fenton Company has received a National Resident Satisfaction Award from SatisFacts, a national provider of resident surveys, focusing on multifamily retention and reputation management. H.G. Fenton was recognized for having among the highest resident satisfaction scores among companies with 2,000-4,999 units. More than 200 management companies representing 3,000 communities participated in this year’s surveys and awards.

Fenton Company’s executive vice president of residential asset management. “We judge our performance based on resident satisfaction and our team is delighted to consistently receive among the highest scores in the industry from the 14 residential communities we own and manage.”

In Little Italy, it is currently building two rental communities, Vici and Amo, comprising 125 apartment homes with approximately 16,000 square feet of restaurant/retail space on the ground floors. H.G. Fenton has partnered with the Little Italy Association to bring a European-style pedestrian plaza to life along Date Street between India and Columbia streets. This new community gathering space will be known as Piazza della Famiglia.
